If you are intending to work in the Food Service Industry from Hospitality to Day Care should have the basic skills required in Safe Handling of Food. Current & Prospective employers would consider it an attractive proposition for a Current or Prospective Employee to have these basic skills.

Your entrance and or ability to remain in the industry comes at a time when there have been a demand to increase our knowledge and compliance with OHS Issues with many changes being introduced to increase and improve service standards. This course shall also meet local council requirements and complies with Safe Food Act.

The Safe Food Handling – Serve Safe course is a competency based program with a Statement of Attainment issued on successful completion.
