Mandatory training requirements for Club Directors in NSW have been introduced as a part of the 1 July gaming reforms.
By 30 June 2025 one of the following training requirements must be met by all Club Directors of venues with gaming machines in NSW:
Responsible Gambling Board Oversight (RGBO) training
Completion of the Responsible Gambling Board Oversight (RGBO) training course approved by L&GNSW is a way for Club Directors of venues in NSW with gaming machines to meet gaming reform training requirements.
Austrain Academy (ATP Number: CCR10000005) is approved to deliver Responsible Gambling Board Oversight (RGBO) on behalf of L&GNSW.
The course is a one-hour abridged version of the Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gambling (ARCG) course, equipping Club Directors with a high-level understanding of their venue’s responsibility to minimise gambling harm. Contact us for fees.
